Designing a new product from zero to one
Took an ambiguous problem space to a shipped, validated MVP — defining the product as much as the interface.

Overview
There was a hypothesis, a small team, and a blank canvas. The job was to turn an ambiguous opportunity into something real enough to test with customers — fast, without over-building.
Role & contribution
As lead designer I owned the product definition alongside the founders: the core loop, the first flows, and the narrative we used to align the team and early users.
Approach
I worked in tight loops — sketch, prototype, test, decide — and used a thin “walking skeleton” to validate the riskiest assumption first.
“The fastest way to find the product was to stop arguing and put a prototype in front of someone.
”
Outcome / impact
We shipped a focused MVP in twelve weeks and onboarded the first pilot customers, turning a hypothesis into a validated direction.
Reflection
0→1 rewards subtraction. Almost everything we didn’t build is what let us learn quickly enough to build the right thing next.
